미국배송대행서비스는 단순한 배송중개이며 상품의 판매가 아니므로 원칙상 결제된 배송비는 환불되지 않습니다.
하지만 상품의 분실시에는 환불이 되며, 상품의 훼손시에는 항공사 정책에 따라 적정한 보상이 가능합니다.

Refund Policy
We provide freight forwarding Service, and do not sell items. Once shipping is done, shipping fee is not refundable unless there were items lost or damaged; if a package was lost, we will give you full refund; if a package was damaged, we will refund you according to the airline's compensation policy.
